Privacy
Atlas does not collect, store, or process any personal data. We do not use cookies for tracking, nor do we have user accounts. All job data displayed is sourced from publicly available APIs. When you click "Apply," you leave our platform and enter the employer’s site.
Intellectual Property
The Atlas name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Job listing data belongs to the respective employers. ATS platform names (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, BambooHR, SmartRecruiters) are trademarks of their respective owners.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Atlas is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that job listings are accurate, complete, or current, nor that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Atlas be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of Atlas after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
